(More customer reviews)I wanted to buy this 3 minute timer for my wife.When we were together she always talked about how she was some historical fast swimmer in high school and how she can go and hold her breath for well over three minutes.She ran that mouth of hers a lot and one day I finally told her prove it.I broke out my watch and told her to hold her breath for three minutes and prove it to me.I tell you I didn't believe she could do it. I watched her struggle through those last few seconds to make it past three minutes.I figure it was her show boating the extra 15 seconds that killed her.Doc said it was her head hitting the stove when she passed out.I told him she wouldn't a passed out if she hadn't had to do that little victory dance while she kept on holdin her breath.Now I put this Brass Hourglass Timer on the mantel next to her urn to remind visitors not to show off.I also usually end up timing people holding their breath after i tell them that story.It's a conversation piece really, kinda like her urn.She wasn't in the military or nothin but I saw this urn and just knew I had to have it.Pedestal Urn
