1. Magnet is useless. The unit just slides down the side of the fridge.

2. Makes an annoying, piercing beeping noise when you push a button. Need to set the timer for an hour? Get ready for 60 loud beeps!

3. There is no off button: The timer stays on forever. If you want to conserve battery power, you have to remove the battery itself... which erases the timer's memory.

But otherwise, it works.
