(More customer reviews)I was excited about this toaster until it arrived.Takes a long time to toast and then the toasting in uneven.Made nice fresh bread taste like I used week old bread to make toast. The toast wasn't even warm enough to melt the butter.Very disappointing product for the money. Returned it and bought a cheaper toaster that works great!

(More customer reviews)I rather like this timer.The features I most wanted in a timer were for it to be loud enough for me to hear even if I had my TV on or where in the other room and persistently annoying enough to make me drop whatever I might be doing to turn it off and tend to the oven.This timer meets both of those needs.

It is very easy to set, in my opinion. You do have to keep pressing the minute button to get to an exact time, but like another reviewer mentioned, you can also hold it down if you want to add minutes quickly.Personally, I prefer the simplicity of this method over a full key pad.It also makes a beeping noise each time you press a button which I find is a nice touch.

The timer itself sits solidly on my counter and it is heavy enough that I don't have to worry about accidentally knock it onto the floor.The front is thoughtfully tilted towards the user so you can easily press the buttons and view the screen without having to move it at all.

I have had it for about a month and have been using it extensively for my holiday baking and it hasn't failed me yet.I do think $20 is a little steep, thought, which is why I gave it 4 stars.I got mine as a bonus item when I bought my KitchenAid Mixer, and I probably wouldn't not have decided to purchase this item on it's own unless it were closer to the $10-15 range.

(More customer reviews)This came as an extra with a KitchenAid mixer. The mixer was made in the USA, is built like a tank and is running as strong as ever. This thing was made in China and stopped working after a few months. You do the math.
