(More customer reviews)We have used many a digital thermometer/timers in a our restaurant kitchen....this one has the features and endures. We brought it to the Bahamas where it now lives in a drawer between visits there and uses. We use it for everything, grilling, any instant read thermo need, continuous thermo reading of roasting in oven, checking and proving oven thermostat. It's also an easy to use timer and clock...and it's loud enough to get your attention!
We haven't ried 'em all, but this one outshines the two or three we've used over the years.
